I have a look at the Reprographics area. We start on them next week abd I'm not sure if they're prepared. They seem to be and Lesley has put a plan in place for John to follow. There's a lot of kit in there but it should be ok.

I arrange with Trudy for the electronic stuff that they don't need to be taken away by a recycling company. She quickly setsit up and arranges for them to send a van over tomorrow for the kit.

We meet with our new ICT company to do a post mortem of the transition programme. It was not as smooth as e had expected or hoped it would and we were disappointed about a couple of areas. Its a fruitful discussion and we capture some useful lessons to be learnt. It won't help us but it will help them in their next implementation. That's only 3 months away!

i leave soome notes for John for his meeting with the site manager for the next phase and some info for Cherie for the Essex CC move which will be done this weekend with some of their people attending the office from Monday.
