First order of the day is to discuss the equipment needed for the Reprographics area and what's going to be moved and where - some will have to go into storage.
Afterwards I have a team meeting. Bob is missing from tis one but we get stuck in. He's quite a pedant who hates meetings but tolerates these meetings. I usually stuck to the one hour slot but we get chatting and this overruns. However, the others get a bit out of it.
We then go through a bit more of the information for the new ICT suppliers - Capita. There are a few gaps which we follow up with three of them later in the day. We are supposed to meet with them at 2pm but no-one appears so at quarter pst I visit their office to remind them which room we're meeting in. They still don't turn up until half-pst. I can't say I'm impressed even though the Transition Manager apologises as she got the time wrong as she mixed it with another meeting - most phones have reminders and I'd just reminded them! On top of this, some of the changes we've asked for have not been included so we ask again. Oh well, it can only get better!
I do a BBQ at home as the weather is glorious and we want to take advantage of it.
