Its much cooler today. There's a forecast of rain but I take a chance and had off without a coat. Its warm and I don't regret it.

Steve is quite late for our Second Floor walkabout.  This is handover day and he's diverted by his new job. Quite disappointing. We have a stroll round when he turns up but no new major points are unearthed since the semi-formal one we did last week.

In the meantime the site compound I being cleared. They had five portacabins in our car park by the side of the building and it is now down to 2! Looking good for the building and the offices (more light).

Trudy and I continue to pull together info the the ICT changeover. There are some discrepancies and we want to make sure its right.

We're planning to cut over to a new ISP tonight . This had been planned for the previous Friday but had to be moved as all the techie work had not been done. An hour before I'm told that the techies are still not ready.! I'm unhappy about this and about the notice we're giving people. I reluctantly agree and put a note out to all staff and councillors warning them that the date has changed and that we will now do this on the following evening.
