A day spent on finances. Its the end of the financial year so I need to dedicate my time to sorting out project finances. This entry will be brief as i really don't want to bore you with the details of project finance.
I meet with in the afternoon Steve to discuss the building works and the programme. He's due to take some time off and I want to be sure that the work will be covered off whilst he's away. I meet his stand-in - Andy - who seems to be from the same mould. I guess that all Site Managers do well if they're big, mouthy blokes!
