I work out all the measurements and furniture requirements for the councillors rooms and discuss them with lesley. She's due to go in for carpal surgery operation on monday and isn't due back until 2 weeks time. She says she'll do what she can today.
Our email system has been as spam by the Microsoft email systems. Emails we're sending to customers are being rejected. Out IT support guys are trying to sort it out but its a real headache for us.
We've had 32 responses to our survey. Only 320 or so to go!
I spend some time in the afternoon going through documentation and my finances. I had an error in my spreadsheet and find I've got more in the budget than I thought. This gives me a bit more to play with and takes some pressure off.
Its been a long week for one reason or another. I'm not feeling as fragile as I was earlier in the week. Not sure where the recovery has come from or why. I can't think that i consciously made any decisions or took any actions to change the attitude. Its probably a combination of things. Confidence, self-belief, beer....I'll get there. I have been thinking about this blog. Time to do a review. I've been doing facual stuff. I might want to reconsider and think about expressing other ideas and thoughts in here. I'll have a think and put some ideas on here. Let me know what you think.
I finish my book just as the train pulls into the station at home. Its the end of book 3 so I'm not even halfway yet but its keeping me guessing, is very gripping and a bloody good read. Still, I'm going to take a break from the series now and read some modern stuff for a while.
